Managing Partner

Five-plus years in public accounting with deep experience across both tax and accounting work. He has prepared hundreds of individual and business returns ranging from modest filings to multi-million-dollar, multi-state engagements.

On the accounting side, his bookkeeping experience spans sole proprietorships through large S-Corporations.

Tina Sulaimanova, CPA

Managing Partner

Began her career as an accountant at a Chicago-area transportation company and moved into public accounting after earning her CPA. She works across individual and corporate returns, bookkeeping, payroll, financial statements, and tax compliance resolution.

Outside the office, she stays active with her family — skating, swimming, tennis, and piano.

    You aren’t handed off to a junior preparer for the spring rush. Both partners are CPAs and stay close to the work — review, signature, and the conversation when something needs explaining.

    We prepare W-2 1040s and we prepare multi-state, multi-entity returns with K-1 cascades. The same firm. The same standards.

    Quiet, year-round availability

    The work doesn’t end on April 15. We answer notices, project tax in Q4, and clean up books before they become a problem in March.
